Paul Dinglis

Welcome to the Paul Dinglis blog. Paul Dinglis is a director of Dinglis Estates. A team player by nature with thirty years experience in the industry; he has a highly acquisitive approach to property. Paul is a keen student of the property market and seeks out opportunities for Dinglis Estates in both residential and commercial property.

Paul Dinglis is both tenacious and methodical in his approach to the property industry and a firm believer in attention to detail. This is equally so either through development, the management of an existing portfolio or crafting agreements with leaseholders and freeholders.

Where issues arise, Paul seeks to find creative solutions that ensure that equitable outcomes prevail.

Paul graduated in Law from Birkbeck College, University of London, and retains a particular interest in criminal justice and the rule of law. He is a supporter of Amnesty International and Reprieve. He has previously carried out voluntary work in a local primary school for Beenstalk; a children’s literacy charity.

His favourite authors are Dostoevsky and Orwell, with Crime and Punishment, The Brothers Karamazov and Down and Out in Paris and London being amongst his favourite works. His favourite contemporary writer is John Gray, an English political philosopher with a particular interest in the history of ideas.

Paul Dinglis enjoys playing squash and badminton as well as chess; all three being played badly.  He is a passionate Leeds United fan and his favourite sportsperson is Rafa Nadal.

His favourite holiday destinations are Greece and Italy.
